Body, Mind and Soul

Well-being to me means body, mind and soul
One without the other is like a foot without its toes

If your body is a temple, then your mind must be a shrine
Be sure to fill it with precious memories before you’re out of time

Exercise is great for both your body and your mind
But rest is vital too, so take the time to un-wind

So celebrate your body and be happy being you.
